Construction of Poinciana Business Center, a new 12-building complex situated on 103.2 acres, is expected. The project's first phase, a 57,389-square-foot building offering flex/showroom and office/warehouse space, is now in pre-leasing.

Grade-level flex/showroom space is being offered at a minimum of 6,280 square feet, featuring 80-foot-deep bays and 20-foot-high ceilings.

The Business center also offers dock-high office/warehouse space at a minimum of 9,480 square feet, featuring 120-foot deep bays and 24-foot-high ceilings.
